Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in New York, United States, and the award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you and Mealfoodkitchen retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect any intellectual property rights or to enforce these Terms. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. User Conduct

Upload, post, or otherwise distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
Use the Services for any commercial or non-commercial business purpose without our prior written consent.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or to any other users’ accounts.

9. Termination
